Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. Must have insurance background and quickly learn our quoting system. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our computerized database. This is a crucial role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Enter quote information and update data into our computerized database (Auto, Drive and Home information)
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital format
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of data
- File and maintain physical and electronic records
- Assist with order entry and processing as needed
- Provide administrative support to the team as required

Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Proficient in using databases and computerized systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
