About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Deal Desk Manager to join our Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with our Sales Operations, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Logistics teams to provide deal structure, deal strategy, and approval support to our Sales team. 

How you'll make an impact:

• Become a consultative business partner to the global sales team to provide them with best practices and guidance on deal structuring
• Review non-standard terms and language to ensure all deals adhere to business and revenue recognition policies. 
• Review order submissions for completeness and adherence to company booking policies and work to resolve issues that are uncovered.
• Providing recommendations to continuously improve Order Administration and Deal Desk processes and materials.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales operations and sales organizations.
• Work alongside Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure pricebooks, proposal templates, and order form templates are always up to date in Salesforce.
• Assist in delivering ongoing enablement on deal structuring, quoting, and approval processes.

What makes you a good fit:

• 1-3 years in Deal Desk, Order Administration, Finance, Sales Operations, or similar role
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a high volume environment
• Knowledge of direct and indirect sales models and quote-to-cash processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Netsuite, Microsoft Excel, and G Suite 
• Federal and State & Local Government contract management experience a plus
• International contract management experience a plus

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $93,500 - $118,250. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
