Skybridge is a local grassroots, woman-owned-and-operated DOH licensed mental health agency providing both counseling and medication management services in Washington and Spokane. We are looking to add to our team someone who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health services within their community. The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, and collaborative.
At Skybridge, we understand there is more to life than work. There are both part time and full-time hourly options available to fit your needs. This is a W-2 position with paid meetings, supervision, trainings, documentation time, and no-show pay coverage. Reliability for those full-time in office hours covered in full (scheduled hours ... get paid for it! Regardless of no shows or cancellations we've got your back, because we know you are dedicating your time and energy to be present with the team and clients.

Full Time: Medical/Dental/Life/401k w 3 percent matching, DTO (unlimited paid time off with approval), development opportunities and $150 for trainings of your choice, reimbursement for annual WA licensure fee after 1st year, participation in agency development meetings, and increase/bonus incentives. Benefits and bonuses for full time and tenure!
*Reliability in your full time schedule and pay- All in-office hours available and working are paid.
Part Time: 401k with 3 percent employer match, sick time and time off, flexible schedule design. Also, after your first year, contract options for 6 or 12 months if desired to have part time or shorter terms of employment.
The team supports each other through collaboration in weekly clinical meetings and ongoing opportunities to connect as a team outside of work, yes we play Jackbox and throw axes. We look forward to meeting you!
