Excelsior Family Medicine, a subsidiary of Excelsior Wellness, is seeking a full-time, passionate, and energetic PMHNP to join our team. The successful applicant will have a daily appointment schedule and use their skills to identify and manage various healthcare issues in the outpatient setting. This position complements our interdisciplinary approach to whole-person wellness and will work with providers in primary care, behavioral health counseling, and psychiatric medication management. We serve a diverse population of youth and adults, most of whom have experienced trauma during critical developmental periods in their lives. Excelsior Family Medicine serves internally and externally referred individuals and families. Our organization is committed to high standards of care delivery and a patient-centered approach. Providers are supported by a team of professional staff and leaders experienced in clinical settings and healthcare administration.
