Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounting Clerk (Temp) to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. This position will be covering a maternity leave and is expected to last for 1 month with a chance to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Will be assisting with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Intermediate Excel is a huge plus
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Compton, CA 90221: Relocate before starting work (Required)
