Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with scanning, filing, and data entry.
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Administrative Functions:
Prepare financial reports and other relevant documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory standards
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
Assist in administrative projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass an excel assessment
Previous experience in administrative and basic accounting functions preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
