80% Prep and post all cash payments via Bank of America, High Radius and SAP, as presented by Corporate Treasurer. To perform this requirement, Specialist will access various portals to obtain the remittance detail (EDI, AR Inbox and/or direct customer portals).
10% Will access data to create journal entries to clear closed deductions approved in Blue Planner from SAP.
5% Complete miscellaneous data entries to apply cash and credits to open receivables and to reconcile accounts.
5% Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by Supervisor or Corporate Credit Manager
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Cash application experience necessary.
1-3 years experience in accounts receivable or related field
Interpersonal and Communication.
Must have strong oral and written skills.
Strong computer skills required.
SAP experience preferred.
