Position Overview: As our Showroom Administrator, you will be the face of our company, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients while expertly managing our bustling showroom. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a genuine and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, address inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage and maintain appointment calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
  • Coordinate with our design and sales team to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
