Job DescriptionReview and extract data from multiple HR, Time and Payroll systems to perform data auditsComplete system new hire enrollment process to ensure successful employee onboarding experienceMaintain data integrity amongst HR and Payroll systems and manual processesDevelop and Maintain data templates for use in new system conversionsKey data steward - Lead data cleansing efforts to ensure data integrity amongst all HR and Payroll related systemsProvide Continuous Improvement tactics to current processes to ensure smooth transition to future automationKey contributor in Time and Attendance system implementation and supportParticipate in project testing, data collection and validationPerform system configuration as neededConsult with human resources and operations department leaders to understand their unique challenges and provide strategic decision support through data and analyticsPartner with Human Resources department leaders to conduct business process modeling for reengineeringCollaborate closely with HR to automate data pipelines, drive self-service access, and productionalize analytics proofs of concept to surface insights in an effective, efficient, repeatable, and scalable mannerPerform other duties as defined.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred3 or more years of HRIS experienceExperience with Workday, Kronos Dimensions Time and Attendance, and UKG payroll a plusExperience in Human Capital Management systems, Workday, Oracle, Success Factors a strong plusDemonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinkingExperience with Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) a plusStrong data set creation skills including the ability to combine and cleanse large data setsStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical and executive audienceAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesAdditional InformationSalary : $70,000 - $90,000 DOEAbout the department:Our employees bring our company in the fast lane – every day our HR team is in the race for the best talents worldwide.
