About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will need to understand how to sell web-based solutions, not just software. You will bring value to the sales process through your advanced understanding of key business considerations and challenges and should feel comfortable talking with all levels of a client organization including the C-suite, marketing, or IT.
This position requires free-thinking and self-motivated top performers. Sitecore is in the unique position of being well established and best-of-breed in our industry while still being young enough for you to have a major impact on the rapid and explosive growth of our firm. This position calls for a driven person who thrives on winning new business, understanding the complex business challenges of your prospects, and clearly communicating the value of this solution to various client audiences.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Develop territory strategies to grow business regionally.
  • Target and land new accounts in addition to managing existing partners and clients.
  • Promote the Sitecore suite of solutions through direct and indirect methods
  • Manage and grow a strong Network and oversee the complete sales cycle
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
What You Need to Succeed 
  • 5 years’ experience selling to an enterprise environment, selling Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies preferred
  • Proven Experience in meeting and exceeding quota revenue targets
  • Ability to demonstrate technology in person and via web presentations
  • Experience working in a channel sales model with Digital Agencies, System Integrators, and Web Development organizations in the Central Region
  • Possess depth in consultative/solution selling environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Required to work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
  • Work well independently and collaboratively
  • University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent experience
