How you’ll make an impact:As a part of SiriusXM Media’s Multicultural practice, the Fluency Sales Executive will create demand and sell the value of SXM’s Multicultural audience opportunities to key clients and agency partners. This role is for a passionate individual who specifically enjoys arming marketers and agency clients with data and insights helping support and inform their multicultural strategies. This candidate should possess a marketplace understanding of multicultural audiences, diverse creator nuances and how culture is shaping consumer behavior.
What you’ll do: This Senior Sales Executive will be salaried with a quarterly commission payout based on attainment of revenue goals. This position super serves our partner sellers with requests for multicultural data, insights & solutions. As a shadow contributor on our Fluency team, this seller will have the following responsibilities:

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $106,500 to $166,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
