How you’ll make an impact:

The Finance Manager, Consolidations in Corporate Finance will serve a critical role on a team responsible for the formulation and consolidation of all company budgets and forecasts. This person will also function as an interface between the Corporate Finance consolidation team and the finance liaison groups supporting the various business units across the company on all budget and forecast processes as well as ad hoc requests for analysis of results. The role will also be directly involved with and responsible for the compilation of the various reports and presentations of financial results vs. plan prepared for executive leadership as well as the board of directors. Additionally, this role also functions as a liaison between Finance and Information Technology groups on process improvement initiatives regarding the investment in, development of and use of various planning software applications.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare high-visibility presentations of financial results and plan (budget/forecast) for executive management and Board of Directors
• Consolidate all P&L and headcount related inputs from finance organization during planning/forecasting processes
• Serve as the critical liaison between the corporate planning team and the departmental finance groups in areas related to financial planning and analysis
• Prepare consolidated analyses and reports on various key corporate metrics including headcount, risks, and opportunities to plan, salaries and benefits expense, etc.
• Prepare post-forecast/budget consolidated results for executive distribution
• Other Ad Hoc analysis as requested to support ELT and corporate finance team
• Work with HR to track company headcount distribution and develop related headcount expense planning assumptions for the finance team during the budget and forecast processes
• Serve as team lead and finance liaison role to the IT group in the use, maintenance, system enhancements and updates of the Hyperion, Essbase/Smartview and other planning applications
• Perform key role in evaluation, implementation, and administration of potential new financial planning applications
• Supervises staff financial analyst.

What you’ll need:

• BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Management or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis
• Excellent understanding of financial statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and very detail oriented
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite including a high degree of efficiency/expertise in MS Excel
• Familiarity/Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase and Anaplan applications preferred
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
