Job Summary:

Camillo Companies is actively seeking an experienced Analyst. They must be able to Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects at Camillo Companies. This role will report directly to the Associate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of data analytics tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must have Oral and written communication skills, Analytical thinking skills, Statistical knowledge, be detail-oriented, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units to track the organization's progress against financial goals.
• Reports current or expected financial performance using financial models to guide decision making. Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual required reporting needs.
• Support all information/data requests from VP and Associates
  • Data gathering, collating, and summarizing
  • 7yr Forecast updates and Adaptive Insights pushes
  • Debt DSCR and covenant management
  • Permanent Loan Maturity Monitoring
  • Lot Takedown Requests
  • End of Month reporting as required by loan covenants
  • Manage new loan draw requests
• Manage/execute key assigned processes within deadlines
• Initial Deal Analysis
• Document processes not yet documented; Improve process documents
• Support any presentation needs/requests
  • Investment memoranda
  • Board Meetings
  • Budgeting
  • Quarterly SEC meetings
• Learn basics of Real Estate investing and development
  • Key Metrics and vocabulary
  • Market structure
  • Underlying factors that influence real estate investing
• Anticipating Data Summary Needs
  • Taking the next step to not just provide what was asked for but anticipating deeper connections and additional details that upper management may need/want
• Loan Document Review and Summary

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, in particular formulas for key loan components, conditional/logic statements, and large dataset manipulation and summary
• Exceptional professionalism and discretion, excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant analyst experience. Real Estate or Corporate Finance preferred.
