Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing financial data within the NetSuite platform. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, extracting and analyzing financial information, and providing insights to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Utilize NetSuite to generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from NetSuite to provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted vs. actual financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models within NetSuite to support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other business teams to understand their financial reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
System Optimization: Continuously explore and implement ways to optimize NetSuite configurations for financial data management and reporting.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with expertise in NetSuite financial management.
Strong proficiency in NetSuite financial reporting tools and functionalities.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
NetSuite is preferred
