Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
keep inventory of stock for the front office supplies
Review and file payroll documents
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Data entry
Cover Front desk when required
Schedule Appointments and maintain calendars
Filling
Multi-Department intake
Other clerical duties
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid Driver's license
Have a Clean Driving Record
Legally permitted to work in the United States
Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
Knowledge of basic office workflow
Attention to detail
Organization skills
Multitask
Eager to learn
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
