SUMMARY:
The Lead Project Manager oversees Project Managers and Associate Project Managers responsible for the implementation of websites on the Simpleview CMS.
The Lead PM oversees the performance and process execution of their direct reports, and is responsible for the fulfillment of expectations, transparency with stakeholders, and meeting the quality measurements for a successful Simpleview website launch. Team and Team Member goals will be informed by Simpleview and CMS Operations Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and are established by the VP of Operations and Director of CMS Implementation.
The Lead Project Manager is responsible for building a team and culture that is singularly focused on creating an award-winning implementation experience that exceeds customer expectations.
To support this, the Lead PM mentors their team, ensures budget and timeline expectations are met, ensures the quality of the website product launched, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure a industry-leading client experience.
