SUMMARY:

The Lead Project Manager oversees Project Managers and Associate Project Managers responsible for the implementation of websites on the Simpleview CMS. 

The Lead PM oversees the performance and process execution of their direct reports, and is responsible for the fulfillment of expectations, transparency with stakeholders, and meeting the quality measurements for a successful Simpleview website launch. Team and Team Member goals will be informed by Simpleview and CMS Operations Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and are established by the VP of Operations and Director of CMS Implementation. 

The Lead Project Manager is responsible for building a team and culture that is singularly focused on creating an award-winning implementation experience that exceeds customer expectations. 

To support this, the Lead PM mentors their team, ensures budget and timeline expectations are met, ensures the quality of the website product launched, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure a industry-leading client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
  • Provide regular employee coaching and on-going guidance to help employees achieve career development aspirations 
  • Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk projects; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives
  • Deliver excellent partner and customer satisfaction 
  • Responsible for adherence to quality standards for their team member’s website launch product
  • Responsible for maintaining and evolving CMS Production Process
  • Ensuring accuracy of CMS Project Manager Wiki on Confluence
  • Ticket Templates reflecting up-to-date process
  • Adherence to Website Project Timelines and Budgets, informed by the scope of the project
  • On time delivery of CMS deployment
  • Completion on or under budget.
  • Completion of all contractual obligations
  • Manage scope creep of all CMS deployments.
  • Successful collaboration with Customer Experience, Professional Services, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires technical understanding of software platforms, preferably CMS and CRM like systems
  • A strategic thinker, able to come up with out-of-the-box solutions that drive efficiency, enable scale, and deliver on customer and internal performance metrics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic, ever changing environment with a strong bias toward action
  • Relentless work ethic in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and build bridges with peer teams, including those outside of the Implementation Team
  • Project Management experience encouraged, but not required
  • Strives to be a strong leader with the ability to attract, motivate, retain and develop people (management experience encouraged, but not required)
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time

This position is available for remote working.
