We are looking for a Project Manager that collaborates to drive creative solutions for our clients and internal/external stakeholders. As a specialist in construction management, we provide complete oversight of a project, from preconstruction to close-out and ongoing services through the warranty period. If you are successful joining our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project(s) as well as mentoring other team members as we navigate our high growth period. Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years previous Project Management experience within the residential construction industry
• Relationships with the local trade community
• Knowledge of construction and project delivery methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and or related discipline with equivalent education/experience considered
• Excellent computer skills, including experience using MS Office, Project, Scheduling and Project Management software; Procore a plus
• Competent in the review and negotiation of contracts for construction projects
• Strong technical, business, financial and legal acumen
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentations), including the ability to successfully translate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Exemplary team collaboration and teambuilding capabilities
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability problem solve
• Results driven mindset, initiative-taking, ability to deal with ambiguity as part of the growth phase, ability to analyse problems and drive solutions
• The ability to manage and motivate, including conflict resolution
• Proven negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $78,793.00 - $100,000.00 per year
