Responsibilities

*As a Business Development Associate at Silverado Plumbing you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our brand presence. Your key responsibilities will include:

*Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

*Coordinating digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, and email campaigns.

*Creating compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and visual materials, to engage our target audience.

*Meeting with existing clients for client retention and introduction of new services.

*Collaborating with internal teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly marketing materials.

Qualifications:

*High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus not required.

*Experience (1 year) in marketing is a plus, preferably in the plumbing/ trades industry.

*Strong project management and organizational skills.

*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

*Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.

*Understanding of Plumbing terminology and services is a plus, not required.

*Silverado Plumbing is willing to continue your education in the plumbing trade and interaction with our clientele.
