Overview:

Silotech Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead internal technology projects focusing on ERP systems and software development. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external technical resources to develop stakeholder requirements, execute projects, and ensure timely delivery of systems. This role also includes contributing to the Project Management Office (PMO) for process improvement initiatives and collaborating with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to enhance quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of ERP-related projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, using Agile development methodologies and Scrum management.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical resources, including vendors and consultants, to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement software solutions that align with business needs.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure software and service deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee the successful integration of ERP and ancillary systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
• Assist in the PMO with initiatives to improve project management processes and methodologies across the company.
• Collaborate with the GRC team to ensure that projects adhere to quality management standards and contribute to compliance and risk management efforts.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum benefit from new system implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically with ERP systems and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience with Scrum management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ADP, Concur, Costpoint, and cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Experience in a technology or consulting environment.
