Salary : $20.00-$27.21
Summary
Manage the customer experience including processing and entering customer data in an accurate and timely manner; maintaining effective customer, sales, and field service employee relationships;
and striving for customer satisfaction by resolving issues in the most efficient and effective manner.
Essential Functions
Position Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
Experience
2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing and / or installation / maintenance / repair environment.
Ticketing system experience, a plus. ERP experience, a plus, including quoting, order entry, and returns.

Other Physical Requirements
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
While performing essential functions, this role occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and / or cold, risk of electric shock, and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed (steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, etc.).
