ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Business Partner:
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
    • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
    • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Performance Management:
    • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues and facilitate constructive feedback discussions.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and leadership development activities to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
    • Partner with legal counsel as needed to address employment law matters and mitigate legal risks.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to assess HR programs' effectiveness and inform decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, trends, and insights for management review.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring efforts.
    • Partner with stakeholders to communicate changes effectively and ensure smooth transitions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a changing environment
COMPENSATION: $100,000 - $130,000 base bonus
