The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of Human Resources functions including personnel management, benefits administration, HRIS administration (including basic payroll functions), training and recruitment. The primary function will be heavily focused on recruitment, both for entry level positions and assisting the Director of HR with more senior positions. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
