Growing manufacturing facility has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree and 3- 5 years of human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a small-to-medium manufacturing environment is a plus.
Experience should include all facets of human resource management including but not limited to: compliance, training and development, creation and implementation of policies and procedures, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.

Training Requirements
General Safety, OSHA 10 hour
Supervisory Discrimination/sexual harassment prevention
Information Security
Physical Requirements
Minimal physical exertion may be required
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
Personal Protective Equipment
Safety glasses and/or hearing protection may be required while performing specific tasks.
Work Environment
Works in an office environment.
Additional Notes
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by Senior Management.
