POSITION SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department staff.
Provides support in the areas of Benefits, Leaves, Recruitment, HRIS, Employee Relations and Training and Development. This is a non-exempt position and has no supervisory responsibilities.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience / Education :
- Healthcare HR experience preferred.
License / Certification :
- Must have and maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or obtain within one year of hire.
- Must have HR National Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) or obtain within 1 year of meeting HRCI eligibility.
