Role 2: ERP Systems Integration & Data Eng Lead An experienced Integration Architect to lead the strategic planning and implementation of integrations among our key ERP systems, including SAP SaaS, Coupa, Workday, and additional systems, to enable a seamless business process flow. Utilizing CLIENT Apigee as our primary middleware platform among other tools, the Integration Architect will play a critical role in defining our integration strategy, maintaining an API catalog, and overseeing the development, maintenance, and governance of our systems' integrations Key Responsibilities: Oversee the integration of the ERP systems with other applications and data sources Ensures data Integrity, accuracy, consistency, and compliance Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the organization s business goals and technological landscape. Integration Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of integration solutions that ensure seamless communication and data exchange between various ERP systems. API Management: Maintain an up-to-date API catalog, including the development and governance of APIs using CLIENT Apigee and other relevant tools. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Solution Evaluation and Selection: Assess and recommend integration tools and technologies that enhance our integration capabilities. Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce integration best practices, standards, and policies to ensure data consistency, security, and compliance. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of integrated systems, identify and resolve integration issues, and ensure optimal system reliability and scalability. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration architectures, processes, and decision logs for future reference and compliance. Role 3: Supply Chain & PLM & Direct Procurement Techno-Functional Business System Analyst Supply Chain Techno-Functional Business System Analyst who brings a deep understanding of SAP and Siemens Teamcenter to drive the integration and optimization of our supply chain processes and technology platforms. This role is pivotal in leveraging technology to enhance our supply chain efficiency, from product conception through to disposal, aligning closely with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) principles. Proven experience in a supply chain or business system analyst role, with strong techno-functional expertise in SAP and Siemens Teamcenter. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), Direct Procurement and how they integrate with SAP and Siemens Teamcenter. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Solution Design: Design and propose technological solutions that address the identified business needs, improving process efficiency and data accuracy. System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of supply chain management systems, including configuring software to meet business requirements and integrating it with existing systems. Testing and Deployment: Coordinate the testing of new systems and features, ensuring they meet business needs without disrupting operations. Manage the deployment of solutions across the supply chain network. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new systems and features. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain operations and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines. Lead the change management process for the supply chain team, providing training and support for users transitioning to the new system.
