Job Description Security TPM focused on Security tooling and operations Duration: 6 months Location: Prefer candidates close to one of the following Customer office locations - San Francisco, San Jose, Lehi, Seattle. For any remote candidate, must be in PST, MST time zones or willing to work in PST, MST time zones Duties * Lead technical program and projects in the cybersecurity organization. Handle information flow, track commitments & program risks, liaison with key players to address interdependencies and resolve roadblocks. Collect status and provide various reports for broader communication including the key stakeholders. Combine various data sources into one and roll up information effectively in reports weekly and monthly for governance meetings. Organize ad-hoc meetings at the request of team leadership in support of critical projects or other objectives. Key attributes include a strong desire to help and support and cope in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: - Close the deployment gap of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) agent installation in any product environments. - Ensure consistent high coverage of EDR installation in cloud instances and on-prem hosts. - Develop and deploy a program to monitor the "health" of EDR agents (Correct tags, not running in RFM, etc) - Build out sustainment process & procedures for the Endpoint Security Program Skills *
Network security background and experienced in planning and deploying agent-based security solutions or other tools/software at scale
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to manage at program level in terms of scoping, planning and execution which has several work streams underneath. Can simplify and structure a complex technical program effectively
Excellent presentation skills - inclusive of both technical and executive audiences. Strong emphasis on the presentation polish and flow, along with the verbal presentation (English) of the subject matter.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with many cross-functional teams including experienced technical engineering teams from both product and other security organizations.
Highlight potential risks to the program as well as the broader organization. Identify and propose solutions to minimize exposure to loss within project(s) and their impact on the overall program(s)
Ensure project(s) meet all functional and technical specifications and requirements. Additional Skills
Experience with MS Office 365 applications, Jira and Confluence.
Great follow-up skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail
Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle the workload with minimal oversight.
Conversational knowledge of common enterprise operating systems, configuration standards, change management processes, security tools, and enterprise security team structure (SOC, Red Team, etc)
