Responsibilities :-

· Computer software to be used : Oracle SQL, SQL, SAS, SPSS, GIS, Access, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, PowerBI
· Interview Mode : Video-Conference (MS Teams)
· Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience Data analysis and reporting, program monitoring, research EBPs, program evaluation, communication skills.
· Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Statistical Analysis, SAS, SQL, SPSS Programming, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, Excel
· Desired skills: Data analysis and reporting, research methodology design and implementation, good communication skills.
· Duties/Responsibilities: Abstracts mental health services client and episode information for entry into USTF, QCMR, and other databases as instructed; mines and aggregates this information as needed in accordance with reporting requirements.
· Create tables, queries, forms and reports in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Excel as needed
· Coordinate and analyze data and clinical status information of patients
· Review USTF and QCMR records for data collection and analysis to meet requirements for necessary forms, where necessary, completes data entry and initiates and monitors compliance and maintains applicable spreadsheets, research forms, and consents.
· Participates in the organization of quality improvement meeting data including collection and mining of client-level mental health data.
· Manage all aspects of workgroup security, maintain data integrity (including running regular tests to ensure data accuracy), maintain data tables, and ensure redundant backup measures are in place
· Document all critical work processes with clear policies and procedures
· Required Strong Area:
· Database management (e.g., MS-Access, SQL, MS Excel)
· Communication (written, telephonic, video conference)
· Statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Stata)
