Purpose of position: The General Manager of Shy Bird will oversee all daily operations. The primary focuses of this role will be in-service leadership, cultivation of guest experiences, training and development of staff, guidance of a management team, and financial performance. The GM is supported by active ownership, event sales, digital marketing & social media support, human resource and hiring support. This position will be versed in Shy Bird financial metrics (cost of goods, labor cost, direct operating costs) and be able to respond with action, using support from others. Reports to: Partners Andrew Holden & Eli Feldman Key Professional Resources: Culinary Director- Trevor Kunk, Culinary Operations Manager- Chandler Femiano, General Managers- Shaun Brideau (Kendall), Seth Corliss (South Boston) In order to thrive in this role you must:
