• Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies. Coach and guide leaders on organizational health, succession planning, talent management, and more.

• Own and ideate a strategic talent plan to future proof Shutterstocks most valuable asset: Talent

• Contribute to organizational design and restructuring efforts, aligning structure with strategic goals and enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency.

• Act as an employee champion and change agent, proactively communicating needs with our broader People team and senior leadership

• Solve employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture and uncover root causes to improve engagement and create sustained change.

• Influence with data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations to drive HR strategies with HR Analytics.

• Lead on Shutterstock's DE&I, Culture, Wellbeing, Transformation and Talent through guiding and partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to support success in the current year and in the future.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 12 years of experience in an HR Business Partner position.

• Excellent consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• High degree of ingenuity and creativity, with a past track record of developing innovative solutions

• that matter.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needs change.

• Desire to take on new and unfamiliar tasks and assignments.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Any of these would be a bonus:

• Master's degree in HR, IR or similar field.

• Experience with Workday.
