Job Overview:
Shriners Children’s - Portland is seeking a full time manager for its Outpatient Clinic (OPC). The OPC manager is responsible for the development and management of staff and processes to support the coordination of quality, multidisciplinary and family-centered care within a fast-paced outpatient setting. This candidate will have excellent leadership and team-building abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills and strong business management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
At least of 5 years clinical experience in pediatrics (pediatric orthopedics and/or rehabilitation preferred), two yrs. in an outpatient setting is preferred.
Management or progressive leadership experience is strongly preferred.
BSN and/or Master’s in Nursing required.
Must have current Oregon RN license.
Must have American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR and PALS or PEARS Certification.
Must have strong business computer skills and electronic medical record experience (Cerner/EPIC preferred).
