An award-winning hospital near the Portland Metropolitan Area is seeking a Perioperative Nurse Manager to join a fantastic and highly skilled team!

This full-service, patient-centered, technologically innovative, 300 bed hospital is part of a large and well-respected health system. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will join a thriving hospital that has received numerous awards and is devoted to Quality Patient Care.

Reporting directly to the Perioperative Nurse Director, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will be responsible for helping lead a skilled team of experienced RNs and Surgical Techs. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will be well supported by OR Nurse Supervisors as well as Perioperative Charge Nurses, and Techs. 

The Perioperative Nurse Manager will assist the Perioperative Nurse Director with oversight of both the OR and the PACU while leading a team of 50 FTEs. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will assist the Perioperative Services Nurse Director with the department budget, inventory, staffing, and managing the logistics of the OR. In addition, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will assist with staff development, hiring of qualified staff, and providing mentorship and education.
