Customer Service Representative

The patented ShotKam is a one-of-a-kind training tool that helps shooters determine why they missed or how they hit a target. Our product is uniquely designed for durability, precision, and long-term reliability. Our company is growing, and we are looking to add a few full time Customer Service Representatives to our core team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an in-person job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all customer support emails, phone calls, and live website chats
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
- Guide users step-by-step through any troubleshooting
- Follow-up on customer inquiries to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Become well-versed to assist in any area of the business
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to maintain composure and de-escalate situations effectively
- Strong organizational abilities and adept at prioritizing tasks
- Self-driven with a positive outlook
- Proficient with both Windows PCs and Mac systems
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- Hours: Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, for 30-40 hours weekly
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $20-22, dependent on experience
- Initial Transition: Starting with 20 hours per week for the first 2 weeks, gradually scaling up to 30-40 hours. Our small team pairs the new representative with a full-time employee for comprehensive training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
