Job Summary:
We are seeking an on-site Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and verbal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, product support
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with internal team to address customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks, including CRM, to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation and notes
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on their requests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities; strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and communication purposes
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
