The Learning and Development Manager will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. Responsibilities include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget. Your role will involve managing the full training cycle, from needs assessment to program delivery and evaluation. Effectively manage the training department of 2-4 as measured by established KPI’s. This opportunity represents Shoppa’s Material Handling and requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, great attitude, and outstanding presentation skills.
