The primary function of the Field Sales Person - Stationary Power is to develop new customers to sell Stationary Power Solutions into.

Essential Job Duties:

• Represent Viking Power in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive attitude and act in a moral and ethical manner
• Sell all facets of Stationary Power to existing motive power customers, customers of Shoppa’s Toyota and New customers developed by the individual salesperson.
• Be clear and concise in communication to other departments.
• Have a can-do attitude to help the success of the team.
• Assist the team in learning and leading with new technologies.
• Assist Management in developing new sales strategies for new markets.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff and company managers as well as all customers
• Actively promote safety and the enforcement of safety rules and policies, including the proper disposal of hazardous waste or scrap parts and materials
• All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma: Tech school, military equivalent or other relevant related experience, EE, PQE Preferred
• 2-10 years in Stationary Power/Critical Power Sales required
• Demonstrated useful knowledge in Critical/ Stationary Power products and their applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions regarding technical issues found at customers sites.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
