About Us:

ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 40 team members spread across the US, UK, Canada, India and Australia. 30 members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude who is willing to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

As a Solutions Engineer you will play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of ShipperHQ by supporting our sales & implementation teams. Through your deep product and eCommerce knowledge, and expertise in how companies use and deploy ShipperHQ you’ll join customers in our sales and implementation phases to ensure they have a scalable solution for current and future growth.

Your Impact:

• Work across multiple customer-facing sales teams and Technical Support to improve the product's vision, while also ensuring that all departments continue to be successful

• Feed product feedback to our Product Team on where we’re seeing friction and holes in our product offering

• Provide best practices and product expertise to customer-facing teams

• Explore the complex problems our customers are facing and demonstrate the path how to solve those with ShipperHQ

• Understand the eCommerce landscape overall to understand how ShipperHQ fits in the ecosystem

• Position yourself as a trusted advisor for colleagues and customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You have 3 years of Solution Engineering experience in a SaaS Environment with running customer POCs (Proof of Concepts).

• Tech-Savvy: You have a good unnderstanding of RESTful APIs in addition to showcasing the power of APIs in customer conversations.

• Personality traits:You’re driven to see things through and have a strong level of curiosity. 

• Attitude:You're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and take initiative to find solutions.

Logistics:

• This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week

• Compensation is based on experience
