Shick Esteve is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team in Kansas City, MO! The Project Coordinator of Mini Systems will help coordinate cross-departmental project activity, Shick Esteve field supplier contract and supervision, and internal start-up resources and support as necessary to deliver the project on budget and schedule. As the Project Coordinator gains experience, they will be provided the opportunity to manage increasingly complex small projects under the oversight of a Mentor. This is considered a starter position and can lead to an opportunity to move into the Project Management of complete systems.

Work You'll Do

• Understand and follow the Shick Esteve Project Execution Process
• Assist in project meeting preparation, data presentation, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Participate in project budget analysis, purchasing, financial, drawing, and contract reviews
• Prepare monthly financial reviews and percentage complete reports for Accounting
• Review project drawing designs and construction plans for compliance with standards and contract requirements
• Gradually take on customer-facing responsibilities for smaller projects under mentorship
• Archive customer drawing approval and manage approval meeting notes
• Assist in buyout reporting, tracking, and invoice approval
• Develop change order documents under mentorship
• Review spare parts list for approval to Shick Esteve Global Customer Service (GCS) team
• Support Operation & Maintenance Manual review when required
• Assist in exports coordination and communication/documentation
• Administer end of project details including SAT sign-off, warranty letters, project closeout details, and hand-off coordination to the GCS team
• Assist in parts tracking & expediting to support field activity
• Communicate with Shick Esteve Procurement Department for installation contractor purchase order pre-generation and amendments
• Work with the Shick Esteve Installation Specialist for the solicitation under mentorship.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering (or a related discipline) or Business Management
• 1 years’ experience in a project support capacity
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated skill with MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and ERP
• Familiarity with blueprints and schematics produced by Inventor and AutoCAD
• Travel up to 15-25% required, based on project needs
