Job Duties Include: 

· Cleaning all public spaces indoors and outdoors, including lobby, hallways, stairs, elevators, fitness center, parking garage, patios, driveway, etc.

· Deep cleaning floors in guest rooms and public areas,

· Dusting and wiping down furniture and equipment.

· Polish metalwork, such as lighting fixtures, doors, handrails, etc.

· Washes windows, door panels, and sills.

· Empty and dispose of contents from waste bins and ashtrays.

· Replenish supplies in restrooms and fitness center.

· Able to move/lift furniture as needed and standing, squatting, bending, etc for a full shift.

· Assist housepersons with duties such as stripping dirty rooms, removing and disposing of garbage, stocking closets with supplies and linens, etc.

· Abides by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals.

· Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.

· Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.

· Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.

· Performs other related duties as required and delegated.
