The Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Guest Service Agent.

Located in the heart of the Carolinas, the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel is a newly renovated 222 room, eight-story high-rise hotel just two miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Our central location near Interstates 85, 77, and 485 gives you a quick and easy commute.

As a Guest Service Agent for the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel, you will play a key role in the success of the entire hotel. This position will mainly work either the 1st Shift from 3pm - 11pm however, times may vary.

Essential functions for this position are:

• Guest check in/check out through “the Welcome” and “the Farewell” programs
• Respond to guest requests and needs
• Complete all required reports
• Customer Service
• Balancing money
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• This position will not have a set schedule

The best candidate for the this position at the Sheraton Charlotte will have:

• 1 - 2 years experience as a Hotel Front Desk and in a high volume hotel.
• A proven track of Customer Service.
• A smiling friendly attitude.
• Strong leadership qualities and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience at a Marriott property helpful but not required.
