Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will serve as the first point-of-contact to clients, their families/support system, outside providers, and referrers. You will be actively involved in client treatment through both administrative and direct support.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a liaison between clients and staff.
• Auditing medical records for completion of required documentation.
• Managing difficult and emotional individual situations by responding to requests for assistance and support.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with individuals, their support system, other staff, and community agencies.

What we need from you.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have reliable transportation.
