Is capable of training team members on all facets of the operation.
Partner with the Director of Operations, Assistant Manager, Shift Leaders, and the support center team to accomplish company goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Controlling P&L. Planning, tracking, and managing budgets.
Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and developing Team Members.
Managing proper inventory and staffing levels.
Ensuring all Company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic math skills needed to calculate budgets, payroll, balance till and complete banking duties.
Able to drive and hold a valid state drivers license.
Proven previous management or supervisory experience.
Capable of projecting sales, evaluate budgets and analyze profit statements.
Ability to obtain and maintain an alcohol service permit.
MUST be able to obtain lottery approval (Oregon).
