Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards
• Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve business goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar upscale dining environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
