With others on the store leadership team, the Operations Manager has influence on and responsibility for all aspects of the sales, customer, and employee experience.

Responsibilities
As a member of the store leadership team, the Operations Manager has a shares responsibility to drive sales growth potential by ensuring all customers’ needs are met and by developing the office and shop teams. Daily responsibilities may include:

Goal-orientation, attention to detail, and independence are important characteristics for candidates to possess, along with a drive to get things done correctly and efficiently. Being task-focused, analytical, and thoughtful will help candidates succeed in this position, as will a genuine interest in developing others.
Work Environment
The primary environment for this role is a bright, well-lit, retail store. Standing and walking are required a significant portion of the time. This role requires bending, reaching, twisting, stooping, and occasional lifting of objects. Most business is conducted with customers in person. Considerable business is conducted using telephone and computer technology. Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and color discernment are required at a very high level and with high frequency. This role is not a remote role. Travel is required <5% of the time, though on those occasions attendance at group events is very important.

Pay starting at $86,000 annually based on candidate's experience and skills, plus opportunity to bonus monthly based on team performance.
