Job Title: Part-Time Freight Data Entry Specialist

Location: Carson, CA (Onsite)

Hours: 5-6 hours per day, early hours starting at 6:00 AM

Salary: $18 to $21 per hour

Role Overview: LHH is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Part-Time Freight Data Entry Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in our operations, responsible for organizing and maintaining essential paperwork related to freight deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data entry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from delivery slips and proof of delivery documents into our database
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records of freight shipments
• Scan and file paperwork to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight data
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working early hours, starting at 6:00 AM
