ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmSummaryAssures proper control of parts administrative functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensures that credits are received for returned parts. Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting office. Files company copies of parts counter invoices. Submits, organizes, verifies and provides payment follow up for damage claims. Submits, organizes, verifies and provides payment follow up for shortage claims. Submits and provides follow up for General Motors parts subsidy programs, for example; Bump the Competition program and Overpower claims. Submits, organizes, verifies and provides payment follow up for Sheet Metal Repair claims. Submits, organizes, verifies and provides payment follow up for core returns. MARGINAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.
