Tetra Vertical Solutions, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc., is looking for a Project Manager for our Skyfold Operable Wall products. We are looking for entry level to experienced Construction Project Managers. This position is based out of our Omaha, NE Office.

As a Project Manager you would provide services to general contractors, architects, and building owners. This position’s primary duties would be an in-office position, collaborating and coordinating the administrative and technical aspects of the Skyfold Operable Wall products in conjunction with the construction project. There is an opportunity to advance into managing installations of other construction products that we offer.

Skills and/or knowledge we are looking for:

• Reading and understanding of construction specifications, architectural drawings, structural drawings, and other basic construction administration documents, such as ASI’s, RFI’s, CPR’s, etc.
• Full understanding and coordination of the submittal process with architects, engineers, manufacturers, fabricators, material suppliers and the general contractors’ installation team.
• At times, the ability to provide budgets and/or estimates.
• Ability to provide/oversee project job costing, and schedule of values.
• The ability to write quotations, change orders, and other contract medication documents is helpful.
• The ability to address field issues quickly and efficiently is helpful.
• Flexible in managing multiple tasks/jobs simultaneously.
• Experience with BlueBeam, ReVu, or CAD is helpful.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and communication skills between customers, managers, and staff.
• Strong organizational and technical skills with basic understanding of construction.
• Strong technical knowledge will be required to utilize company software and follow processes.
• Construction or Construction Management Degree, preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and Google (Google Email, Drive, Docs, etc.).
• Ability to read, understand and comment on shop drawings.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate materials to jobsites.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of car insurance as well as a good driving record.
