Join our Employee-Owned Company as a commercial Construction Project Administrator / Accountant Assistant for SGH Concepts & Tetra Vertical Solutions, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. This position is based out of our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska, and will support our Project Management, Accounting and Administrative teams. This position will be 20-30 hours per week (M-F day shift) with the opportunity to grow into full-time employment.

Rate of pay based on experience.

Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Utilize CRM & accounting software to set up and manage commercial construction projects
• Support project and field managers in processing of project documents, including project billings using AIA format and managing project costs
• Review project and contract documents
• Manage project cash flow including cash receipts and collections, including retainage
• Maintain lien waiver compliance
• Code and processing project vendor invoices
• Assist with customer prequalification process
• Assist team members with accounting projects as needed
• Support admin team with incoming calls for multiple offices
