Join our Employee-Owned company as a Metal Panel Estimator II – Takeoff Specialist for SGH Concepts, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. We are seeking to hire a self-motivated, detail and quality-oriented candidate for this integral fulltime position in the SGH Concepts Estimating Department that will provide Metal Panel Estimating Services for exterior & interior wall cladding projects for commercial sales opportunities in a multi-state service region. This position is in our Omaha Office.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Reading and interpreting construction specifications, architectural drawings, structural drawings, addendums, RFPs, and other basic construction documents: ASI, RFI, CRP, etc.
• Using internal software and processes, develop accurate project take-offs from the data provided including accurate quantity take-offs of material, supplies, and the labor necessary to complete the project within scope.
• Internal and external communication to organize and maintain bid documentation online should be driven by passion for accuracy, detail, and customer service.
• Accurate communication of all information via strong numerical, written, and verbal documentation is critical to the bidding process, presentation of bid information to Sales, and to the final success of awarded projects.
