NOW HIRING A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER IN OMAHA, NE
PAY: ENTRY LEVEL - $90,000
EXPERIENCED - $110,000
Pay is dependent on experience and there is a competitive benefits package.
Description:
The construction project manager will manage all construction supervision of sub-contractors and internal staff. This person will be on some projects in the 5 million-dollar range. Projects can be a variety of gas stations, hotels, sports areas all of the Nebraska system Universities renovations done by them as well. These projects are either large remodels or new construction. This position is responsible for the timely and profitable completion of all assigned construction, for creating and maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and the supervision of all personnel performing any work-related functions on the project.
