The Operations Reporting Analyst plays a critical role supporting healthcare operational areas through the design, development, and management of metrics, reports and analyses to help drive key business decisions. You will work closely with customers in Operations to provide production reports for tactical purposes, dashboards for oversight and overall data analysis to inform strategic decision-making. You will analyze business needs, elicit user requirements, develop and disseminate reports. You will integrate data from a variety of sources to develop dashboards to be used by leaders in Operations. You will be partners with customers to design meaningful metrics, provide insights and identify improvement opportunities.
Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, this role will be required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month.
Salary range: $83,786 - $94,259/year
